An 18-month-old baby has allegedly been raped repeatedly, by her father in Cape Town. The 46-year-old pastor was arrested last week and made his first court appearance on Friday morning. Meanwhile, in the same area of Lwandle, another man appeared at Strand Magistrate's Court for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl.
