US President Bill Clinton on Saturday night (19/9) received a warm reception from some of his strongest supporters at the annual Congressional Black Caucus dinner. Clinton and his wife, Hillary, took a break from White House preparations for the Congressional release of the president's video-taped testimony before a grand jury to dine with sympathetic members of the Black Caucus.
