The 2 major symptoms of Avascular necrosis of femoral head are:
1. Difficulty while getting up from sitting position.
2. Difficulty in walking.
According to the specialist, an MRI scan is the only way to diagnose femoral head avascular necrosis. In the early stages, boosting blood circulation, also known as core decompression, can assist the patient reverse this condition. However, in the later stages the condition of Avascular necrosis of femoral head may require a hip replacement surgery.
