#Lotus Root Peanut Black Bean Pork Rib Soup#
材料/Ingredients:
200g-莲藕 (去皮,切块)
60g-黑豆
60g-花生
400g-排骨
10粒-红枣 (去籽)
2000ml-水
适量芫荽
200g-lotus root (peeled, cut into pieces)
60g-black beans
60g-peanuts
400g-ribs
10pcs- red dates (seeds removed)
2000ml-water
appropriate amount of coriander
调味料/Seasoning:
2小匙-盐
1小匙-酱油
2 tsp - salt
1 tsp - soy sauce
做法/Method:
1)煮滚一锅水,把排骨放入沸水中汆烫5分钟,取出洗净备用。
2)把2000ml的水倒入气压锅煮沸。
3)将所有材料倒入锅中盖上锅盖按高压1小时煮。
4)打开锅盖,加入调味料搅拌均匀,试味盛起洒上芫茜享用。

2) Pour 2000ml of water into the pressure cooker and boil.
3) Pour all the ingredients into the pot, cover the pot and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
4) Open the lid of the pot, add seasonings and stir well, taste and sprinkle with coriander and enjoy.
