Pork ribs under an hour, is that really possible?
Smoking pork ribs has always been a lengthy cook, so how can I do this in under an hour?
The biggest question will be, should pork ribs be cooked low and slow or can they in fact be smoked hot and fast with success. I’m going to show you they can be done hot and fast and they are very good.
By following a few easy steps in this recipe, you will be feeding pork ribs to family and friends at your next BBQ in less than hour.
If you came her looking for one hour BBQ ribs, or a video on how to grill one hour spare ribs, you came to the wrong channel as we are smoking ribs in 50 minutes. That’s right, in less than an hour. These are the fastest baby back ribs you can make. So, stop watching the videos that claim easy 1 hour ribs or easy hot and fast ribs in just 60 seconds. After watching this video, you’ll be eating your ribs before the one hour rib squad are done cooking their ribs.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.
As always, cheers for watching
