Many Canadian travellers have been left confused over the federal government’s new rules around COVID-19 testing, while Ottawa says they are not that complicated. It clarified all passengers coming from non-U.S. foreign destinations will soon have to undergo mandatory testing upon arrival — a requirement airports say will be impossible to achieve.
