We love Adega Viúva Gomes's Collares Ramisco. Like, a lot. This incredibly singular wine grows from very old, phylloxera-free vines on the sandy beaches near Lisbon (really, it's amazing to see). So, we could only pair it with a food we like just as much - ultra-classic New York pizza from Joe's Pizza!
