How to constrain sketch lines - Follow these steps:

- 1. I constrain two points on each other. Hold 'Shift' or 'Ctrl' while selecting the two points.
- The two points will be connected to each other.
- 2. I'll constrain a point on a line. Hold 'Shift' or 'Ctrl' while selecting the line and the point.
- The line and the point will be connected to each other.
- See how they are connected.
- 3. I'll add a vertical constraint to this line.
- 4. And a horizontal constraint to the next line.
- 5. Now i'll add a parallel constraint to the next two lines.
- 6. The next two lines will be perpendicular to each other.
- 7. The next one is a tangent constraint. See how it works.
- 8. Now i'll add an equality constraint to two lines, they will become the same length.
- 9. Check the symmetry constraint i'm adding to two circles.
- The line of symmetry must also be selected.
- 10. A lock constraint locks a point to the current position.
- 11. See how a horizontal distance fixes two points from each other.
- Enter the distance you want.
- 12. Now i'll add a vertical distance to fix two points from each other.
- Enter the distance you want.
- 13. The next one is a fixed length of a line (or the distance between a vertex and a line).
- Enter the distance you want.
- 14. Now i'll fix the radius of a circle.
- Enter the radius you want.
- 15. Finally, i'll fix the angle between two lines.
- Enter the angle you want.
