You cam substitute the milk with coconut cream and the result will.be fantastic

NB_ Research shows that's this food combination could lead to little indigestion, allergies but this depends on person to person there taking the food combination should be done with precaution.I did it because my family have been consuming the stew for some time now and so far so good.
