A simple exercise, you stand quietly and tilt your head to one side and the other. So slow! We did this exercise. It is also good if you make head turns. Never tilt your head! Because if you have problems in the neck, in the spine. This can pinch your blood vessels and make you dizzy. Therefore, it is better to do movements only to the side and to the sides. Or gently down. Well, elementary, warm-up on your fingers. Remember, there used to be a counting rhyme for children: "We wrote, we wrote, our fingers were tired." It sounds ridiculous, but it actually helps to stretch your arms and joints. Next sip. Stretching slowly. We stretch our muscles and straighten our spine a little. Also arms to the sides, bent. As much as you can. No need to try to be a yogi. A wonderful exercise if you stand sideways, hands clasped behind your back. And as much as possible they made a deflection. Also very good. Literally a small set of exercises. And of course, bending over, if you are not dizzy, this is also useful. Lean slowly and also without sudden movements.
