In this episode of The Making Of, we take a look at our direct-fit oil cooler for the 2016-2018 Ford Focus RS. With a tricky computer system reporting calculated oil temperatures and a plethora of RS’s getting sidelined at the track from overheating, we had quite a few challenges to overcome. Our project engineer, Dan, gave us a rundown of those challenges and how we overcame them to create an outstanding direct-fit oil cooler for the RS.
