This time I made some perilla leaf kimchi, the red one.

🥕 Ingredients

Carrot & Onion 1 each
Minced garlic 2T
Sugar 2T
Plum extract 4T
Soy sauce 10T
Fish sauce 5T
Chilli powder 8T
Sesame seeds 3T

Depending on how much sauce you put on each leaf you can make between 100 and 150 perilla leaf kimchi with the above sauce.
