Ingredients:

Cake Crust:
4 tbsp coconut flour
4 tbsp cocoa
2 eggs
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp stevia
150 ml milk

Cream:
4 egg yolks and 1 whole egg
700 ml cream
1 tsp stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
15 g gelatin

Method:
Mix all the cake base ingredients in a bowl, place form with baking paper in a frying pan,
cover and fry over low heat for 20 minutes.

For the cream:
Mix the egg, sweetener and vanilla extract with a mixer, then pour in the cream and mix again. Put the custard cream on low heat, stirring constantly, cook until thickened.
Remove from heat, let cool slightly and add the gelatin, stir everything thoroughly. Cool to room temperature.

We combine the cake:
Put cling wrap on the bottom of a mold, then the cake layer and pour cream over everything, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Remove from the mold and decorate as desired, I decorated with cocoa. Enjoy.
