I'm finally done with the Cosmos movie trilogy, and thank goodness for that. In terms of picture quality, probably no Ultra series needs a touch-up as much as Cosmos. I'm not saying this upscale is perfect, but there really isn't much to complain about when you look at the DVD raws. That being said, I'm fresh out of subtitles for the TV series itself, so that'll have to wait until the official DVD release and then some.

As for the movie itself, this is easily my favorite in the trilogy. Maybe it's because the stakes feel huge for once (world vs town), plus there's always that feeling that, unlike in the other movies, even two final-form Ultramen may not be enough to solve the issues on hand. Add in a liberal amount of Ultra-on-kaiju action, and this movie is more than enough for me.

Subs are from GenmCorp and they seem plenty good; I had no part in creating them at all..
