We are SPRING Parkour Academy and We Jump The World!!

We chose our locations for this video carefully and meticulously, Atterbury we have been scouting for a very long time. Greenlyn we discovered recently and found so much potential straight away at the spot. Oh yes and there was the Spur we drove past on the day.... of course.

We Jump the World Day is on April 29th. It was founded in 2016 by @teamfarang and celebrates the philosophy of parkour. What is Parkour? Parkour is an athletic training discipline in which practitioners, also know as traceurs, attempt to get from point A to B in a fluid, efficient and fast way without equipment, but rather using the environment around them to move through.

Established by David Belle in 1988, the practice is rooted in military obstacle course training and martial arts, including running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, plyometrics, rolling, or quadrupedal movement.

Parkour enthusiasts love the practice as a unique way to approach challenges, and see their environment differently.
