If you’re human, you have limiting beliefs. Today we’re talking about limiting beliefs about yourself and how to change them.
Where do these beliefs come from? How are limiting beliefs made?
Limiting beliefs, or shadow beliefs, are most likely formed when we are young. Usually because a significant event happens that we are too young to process in a healthy way. So, we make the event about us.
👉 LIMITING BELIEFS SOUND LIKE....
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’m unloveable.”
“I’m not enough.”
We grow up thinking these beliefs are factual… When they’re not.
