Ingredients:-
Grated bottle gourd/kokan dudhi - 2 cups
Jaggery- 1 cup or as per taste
Fresh coconut- 1/2 coconut (med.size)
Cardamom pods- 3 to 4 nos.
Rice flour- 2 tbsp to thicken kheer Or you can use milk powder
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Nuts- 2 tbsp
2 pinches of salt

Note:
Grated bottle gourd/lauki changes in color so do not keep it open for long time. Just keep all ingredients ready and then grate bottle gourd and start with the recipe.
