KFF, anyone? 😝 Okay, I admit that I was actually going to make Korean Fried Chicken but I suddenly wanted to eat fish. And this happened. And I’m glad cuz it tasted so good and I was full kkkkkkkkkkhhhh (if you know what I mean! 😋)
You can make this recipe with chicken or paneer and it would taste just as good! Try it out. ❤️
And watch Goblin while you’re at it. 😃
Ingredients
150 Boneless fish cubes (I used yellow fin tuna)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
For the marinade, mix together
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp honey
Salt to taste
1 egg white
For the crumb mixture, combine
30 grams crushed Cornflakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
For the sauce
1 tsp Gochujang (Will post homemade recipe of the same soon)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey/sweetener
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp apple cider/any vinegar
Salt to taste
Method
1. Coat the fish with the marinade and let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
2. Cover with cornflakes crumb completely.
3. Air fry at 220 C for 10-12 minutes (or bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes).
4. Make the sauce by combining all the listed ingredients and bringing to a simmer.
5. Coat the fried fish with this sauce completely, garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot! ❤️
