I found a new formulation of aircraft paint remover called Aircraft "ULTRA" and it's touted as being as good as the older formulations with methylene chloride which is now banned in the US.
I put this stuff to the test on my K5 blazer door and found that it didn't do as well on the door but did very well on the fender. It's a mystery to me why there's a big difference there. If anyone has any ideas why, please let me know and I'll see if I can run another test on the other door.
