The SoftBank Hawks MIZUHO PayPay DOME FUKUOKA Experience is an hour long guided tour that’s well worth the time & cost ($10 as of June 2024). I had a great time. You’ll visit various seating areas/types and also get to step onto the playing field, visit the dugout, bullpen & locker rooms. Tour is conducted in Japanese language only, but you can understand what’s being visited/shown/explained fine even without speaking any Japanese. Can obtain a voucher via internet searches or sites like Klook, which you then exchange for an actual pass at an information counter in a building right across from the dome’s Gate where the tour begins.
