Despite the frequent enforcement operations, some drivers and riders are still trying their luck inside the exclusive bus lane on EDSA.
I've personally noticed a significant reduction in the number of people misusing the bus lane. At least during certain hours.
I suspect that once the new penalties come into effect, we'll see a further dramatic reduction in the number of people misusing the EDSA Busway.
