This is the Ikos Oceania in Greece, it is an amazing ultra inclusive 5* resort and this was my second holiday there in the past year. Everything throughout the resort is of the highest standard and very professional from the moment you are collected by your private chauffeur at Thessaloniki airport . All the staff are extremely friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile to help. I can also speak on behalf my little brother and sister to say the included kids club was SO MUCH FUN! The past two times I went we stayed in a two bedroom suite within the Deluxe Collection where you get so many perks, including a deluxe only pool with an upgraded menu, two massages per room, an impressive WhatsApp deluxe concierge facility, Tattinger champagne on ice in your room upon arrival and many other extras too. There are also 4 a la carte restaurants where you can dine for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food and level of service genuinely is consistently outstanding.
