Today I get to have a little treat and cook up a Brant Lake Wagyu picanha on my Weber Kettle using the rotisserie attachment. Brant Lake Wagyu is a Canadian cattle company out of southern Alberta who produces fantastic Wagyu/Angus (Wangus?) cross cattle. If you're in Canada & you can get yourself some of this BLW beef, do it! You definitely won't be disappointed!
