Nice bossa jamtrack - you probably could improvise endlessly. Key C-Major, you can ignore the last chord (A7/b13) for the beginning.
If you want to take care of that chord, the first step could be to play an A7 arpeggio (a c# e g) OR even the "mixolydian b13" scale. If you don't know this scale, just play the C-Major scale and replace the note c by a c#. This scale, starting on the note a, is called "Mixolydian b13" - what is the 5th mode of a melodic minor scale.
