(This is probably a bit OOC for Hofnarr but I don't care lol)

I finally got a new pc like 3 months ago, now I'm able to animate for real! I'm still a beginner animator tho, so I apologize for the choppy-ness (plus it being at only 12fps lol).

I remembered this meme from flipnotes back in the day, and I wanted to make my own version! It took me 5 weeks workin on and off of this...all for 25 seconds of animation 0_0
