In this video I share how to record audio and midi data in Cakewalk with no audio interface. Yes it is helpful to have an interface but you do not need one to use the Free DAW. You will be able to use the internal sound card that comes with your computer. It's as simple as changin the audio preferences in Cakewalk by Bandlab.
