How to make stuffed grape leaves (vegetarian)
Ingredients:
1/2 kg grape leaves
3 cups (Italian) rice
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp pepper paste
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped parsley
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried mint
2 tsp sweet spice
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt (or to taste)
2 sliced carrots
2 more tbsp pomegranate molasses for the top
