Headstart: Health Undersecretary Ma. Rosario Vergeire says mask mandate should be the last to go among COVID interventions as it significantly reduced not only COVID infections, but other respiratory cases as well. Vergeire says masks may go if COVID-19 cases become manageable and reaches and endemic state.
