Ashgabat, July 11 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday held talks with Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, before the commencement of the delegation level talks. "Discussing India-Turkmenistan ties with President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov," his office tweeted. Later in the day, both the leaders reviewed the full range of bilateral relations during their delegation level talks. "Building an important relationship. Delegn level talks led by PM and President review the full range of bilateral relns," MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted. Prime Minister Modi, who arrived in Ashgabat yesterday on the fourth leg of his Central Asian tour, was earlier in the day accorded a ceremonial welcome by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the Oguzkhan Palace in Ashgabat.
