There is a hole going from cylinder head to the air intake that can get clogged and may cause you to burn oil in your GMC Terrain Equinox. This is a 2012 GMC Terrain. This video also shows how to remove the air intake on the GMC Terrain Equinox. I am currently trying to troubleshoot the engine running rich. If you are burning oil in your GMC Terrain Equinox it might be worth your while to clean out the hole in your cylinder head and air intake.
