Ingredients
3-4 mushrooms
200 gr mignon filet
Salt
Pepper
Chopped almonds
Olive oil “Monini”
1 rosemary branch
Balsamic vinegar “Ponti”
Preparation:
1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Fill the mignon filet with chopped almonds, and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Roll it jellyroll style and fix it with a toothpick.
2. Pour some olive oil "MONINI" in a pan and fry it for several minutes, sprinkling with salt and pepper.
3. Add some olive oil "MONINI" in another frying pan and place mushrooms. Fry them and mix gently, adding some salt, pepper and a little branch of rosemary.
4. Add some balsamic vinegar "Ponti" and fry rolled mignon filet for a few minutes, turning on all sides.
5. Put the fried mushrooms on a plate and slice the mignon filet on top, adding the balsamic sauce around mushrooms.
