Cheddar Man belonged to a group of early European Hunter Gatherers. He lived about 10k years ago in the region of what would become England. He and other European hunter gatherer populations had dark skin, dark curly hair and blue eyes (there were also some hunter/ gatherer populations in Northern Europe with genes for fair skin). Farmers from the Near East and nomadic tribes from the Eurasian Steppes expanded into Europe and mixed with the indigenous population.
Also, the reconstructions in the video for the "Yamnaya" belong to a group that actually predates the Yamnaya culture by tens of thousands of years. They may be ancestral to the Yamnaya.
