Variations on a Moonlit Dream is a collaboration between british lofi producer Lucid Keys and french animator Tolo the Grandpa. The symphonic and film-like composition accompanies the beautifully fluid images, and tells a story that only the spectator can interpret. As each frame unfolds, the observer embarks on a journey of self-discovery, piecing together a narrative unique to their own mind's eye. The ethereal soundscape, in harmony with the visuals, paints a sonic picture that is just as ambiguous, entrancing, and open to interpretation.
