My Michelin Crossclimate plus tires are disintegrating! Michelin service/dealer tried to trick me in warranty! My all season tires are braking in pieces literally speaking, you can see ruber dicomposing/getting lose of the tire. Are disintegrating pieces or slices of them in 3000km of usage, 6,9 mm.. How can this be possilbe with these premium tires?! The value of them is 940$ and it does not matter that Michelin give a promo code for purchasing in the store where i bought these tires. Michelin Bucharest/Romania send me to a dealer/service/specialist to diagnose the tires. That guy tried to trick me believing that is my fault, to avoid giving me the waranty, but i busted that guy pretty quick. Even if they told me, at last, that is not my fault and somehow they were wrong, this doesn't change this situation with nothing. I'm disapointed that even after i told them this tires problem, after i noticed this fraud of theirs, Michelin didn't do anything to solve my problem. They wanted me to send them, my 2 front tires so they can make an expertiese of their own; they didn't comunicate how much time it will take until they will change my tires. So i can not stay with my car not driving it until they will change my tires (a mouth, 2, 3? come on...). So why the first expertise? To waste my time?
Shame on Michelin Romania for doing this. I hope Michelin Europe will find out about this, we also will send some emails, to take action.
