In this video, we are at our completed site Vasai (West), Mumbai. It is a 4 storey old apartment, where we converted 1 room kitchen (RK) flat into 1 bedroom hall kitchen (BHK).
We shifted kitchen into the living room's balcony as an open kitchen concept and converted kitchen into a bedroom with openable wardrobe & sofa cum bed.
Also, we built kadappa stone partition between bathroom and toilet for extra space. Created space for common wash basin area.
Total budget with electrical, plumbing, civil work, painting, false ceiling, furniture cost 4.5 lakh
