Ingredients:
○ 2 servings - Mung bean noodles
○ 1 cup - Bunapi mushrooms (separated)
○ 1/2 - Red bell peppers (sliced)
○ 1/2 - Yellow bell peppers (sliced)
○ 2 stalks - Garlic sprouts (diced)
○ 1 stick - Carrot (peeled and diced)
○ 1 cup - Broccoli (florets)
○ 1 cup - Bean sprouts
○ 2 stalks - Green onion (diced)
○ 1 Tsp - Ginger paste
○ 2 Tbsp - Hoisin sauce
○ 2L - Vegetable broth (boiled)
Add ingredients listed above layering them tightly. Add ginger paste and hoisin sauce on top. Pour hot veggie broth on top of veggies until bowl fills. Mix every 5 mins and allow to sit at least 10 mins until noodles are fully cooked.
