The Puma Deviate Nitro Elite 3 sees some developments over the earlier versions of the shoe. The most important of those is a 4mm increase in stack height, alongside some tweaking of the Nitrofoam Elite Aliphatic TPU midsole. The aim here is more energy return and a lighter design.
There’s also a slightly stiffer carbon PWRPLATE to improve running efficiency as well as provide stability across the length of the shoe.
Tom , Mike and Nick give their views on the shoe.
