One of my favourite publishers, Garphill Games released this back in 2018 you play as royal architects attempting to impress the king and maintain their noble status by constructing various landmarks throughout his newly appointed domain.

I love this game, it has a beautiful swing mechanic of being able to use certain abilities while restricting others due to how "good" you behave during your play.
