Hunan chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese recipe made with small pieces of chicken cooked with vegetables and tossed in a thick savory and spicy sauce.

Hunan Chicken is an easy recipe to make and will be ready in about 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

✅ Chicken - 500 gm or 1/2 kg
✅ Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
✅ Salt to taste
✅ Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 1 tsp
✅ Cornflour - 2 tbsp
✅ Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
✅ Egg - 1
✅ Oil - 1/2 cup & 2 tbsp
✅ Onion, sliced - 1
✅ Tomato Sauce - 4 tbsp
✅ Honey - 1 tsp
✅ Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
✅ Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
✅ Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
✅ Spring Onion - 1 Handful
✅ Sesame Seeds (Til) - 1 tbsp
