Bowing to weeks of protests, Kenya's President William Ruto has dismissed almost his entire cabinet on Thursday. Only the prime cabinet secretary, foreign minister, and deputy president have been spared. Ruto claims he decided on the dismissals after listening carefully to the people of Kenya.
