Moulding Station (MDS) è una stazione di formatura a tappeti regolabile e modulare che, in abbinamento alla spezzatrice arrotondatrice volumetrica SVP a 2 o 3 file, permette di ottenere diversi formati di pane. Moulding Station è maneggevole, ergonomica e comodamente regolabile secondo le esigenze del cliente. Dal PLC touch screen della spezzatrice arrotondatrice SVP vengono impostate le velocità dei tappeti di formatura, con la possibilità di salvataggio dei singoli settaggi.
Moulding station (MDS) is an adjustable and modular shaping machine made up of a series of belts which, in combination with the automatic volumetric divider rounder SVP with 2 or 3 rows, allows the user to churn out different types of bread. Moulding Station is maneuverable, ergonomic and comfortably adjustable according to the customer needs. Through the PLC touch screen one can set the moulding belts speed, having the opportunity to store every single setting.
