Steps for preparation:
1. Slice 2 onions, 3 tomatoes, 1/2 inch garlic, 8-10 ginger cloves, 1-2 green chillies, 10-12 cashews, 2 teaspoon butter, and sauté them in a pan;
2. Let it cool for a while. Then grind it to make a paste;
3. In a pan, add 3 packets of Maggi and 3 cups of water. Cook until it’s 80% boiled;
4. Now, take the blended paste and add 1/2 cup water. Let it cook;
5. Add 3 packets Maggi masala, 2 tsp kitchen king, salt as per taste;
6. Make cornflour slurry - 1/2 cup water and 1 tsp cornflour. Add this to the gravy;
7. Once the gravy starts boiling, add 1/2 cup milk;
8. Add boiled Maggi to the gravy and 1 tsp butter. Mix it well.
