Hi guys, today's recipe is the famous Liempo Tim. This is an all times favorite braised pork belly for all occasions, or, for a special family dinner. Liempo Tim is carefully simmered in raw sugar called Molasses, soy sauce, water, some other sauces and some spices. This is also a perfect recipe for brat summer!
