Hi guys, this episode was filmed when the Lock down was partially eased in Spain. So there're very few tourists at the beach and basically most of the shops and restaurants were still closed.
La Pineda is a population entity that belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca, in Tarragona .it’s famous for its two beaches: La Pineda beach and Racó beach, which have attracted a large number of tourists from all over the world and have led to the economic and social transformation of the area.
La Pineda is notable for the beach of the same name, as a summer resort with many hotels and apartments, and with a water park (Aquopolis) and part of the Port Aventura Park. It highlights the protected natural area of the Séquia Major and its tributary canals, built in 1537 to control groundwater levels and to cultivate the land. At one end of the beach is a pier or pier - popularly called "el Pantalà" - used by the Repsol refinery.
