INGREDIENTS :
1 cup warm milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp active dry yeast
3 1/4 cup all purpose flour or bread flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup ( 75 grams ) unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
Fine breadcrumbs for coating.
FILLING :
1/2 cup ( 115 grams ) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup washed brown sugar
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup all purpose flour.
