This poi shapes combo was inspired by some of the work I've seen Tyfoods doing! He taught an amazing class at DrexFest 2020 that inspired me to play around more with shapes, which was a major theme of my recent "Banquet" flow session. Here I put the emphasis on finding shapes with the body as well as working out the best approximation to suspensions that I can. There's still a lot of poi dance involved here, but I'd like to think this poi choreography is also something that more novice spinners can work with as well. Let me know if you agree!
