The Pillow Slam works to release stored frustration and anger.
1.) Find a throw pillow (no pun intended)
2.) Lift it over your head and slam it to the ground.
3.) Release extra energy by going onto your tip toes or adding a jump as you slam the pillow.
4.) Repeat until you run out of energy or until you notice your body shake or quiver.
5.) Bring your hands to your heart and connect with your body.
You may experience a strong emotional release doing this exercise. Allow that emotion to roll through your body. Repeat the pillow slam if needed.
