Welcome to One Minute of Wine - a daily video series from Elma Wine & Liquor. Join Tim as he reviews a bottle of wine everyday in sixty seconds or less. Today Tim reviews Louis Latuor Mâcon-Lugny. A white Bordeaux wine, which means that it is 100% Chardonnay, from the Mâcon-Lugny appellation. Unlike California Chardonnay wines, this French wine does not spend any time aging in oak. So when drinking an unoaked Chardonnay, expect the palate to be more crisp with minerality more readily apparent. Aromas of white peach and pear. Flavors of pear up front with nice minerality that leads to a crisp, long finish. A perfect wine for those hot summer days! Cheers!
