Ferrero rocher overnight oats with Prozis ✨
If you are looking for a healthy and high in protein breakfast and you do not have protein powder, this is your recipe!
This ferrero rocher overnight oats is also perfect as dessert or as a snack ✨
Base:
-40g oats
-100ml water
-1/2 tsp sweetener (optional)
First layer:
-100g high protein plain yoghurt. I used @fage_uk
- 1 tbsp hazelnut butter.
Second layer:
-10g dark chocolate
-10g high protein plain yoghurt. I used @fage_uk
-5-10ml oat milk
-some crushed hazelnuts to serve (optional)
Directions:
Mix oats, water and sweetener until combined. Microwave for 1min. Mix yoghurt & hazelnut butter. Spread over the oat layer.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and add yoghurt and oat milk. Mix well. Add on top the yoghurt layer.
Leave in the fridge 2 hours or overnight.
Crush the hazelnuts and sprinkle to decorate.
