Unveiled at NAMM 2024, Yamaha has expanded its Pacifica family of guitars with two new lines—Pacifica Standard Plus and Pacifica Professional. These visually stunning guitars are feature rich and play like dreams.
Yamaha Pacifica Standard Plus and Professional models have alder bodies and maple necks, and offer a choice of rosewood or maple fretboards—each with a 10-14" compound radius. The new Reflectone pickups—developed in collaboration with legendary pro-audio company, Rupert Neve Designs—are articulate, balanced and versatile.
Both the Standard Plus and Professional models are constructed using Yamaha Acoustic Design technology that allows the guitar’s top to vibrate freely and enhance resonance and clarity. Also included on these models are Gotoh locking tuners, 5-way pickup switch, push-pull coil-split and new finishes that celebrate the “California vibe.”
